A vote was taken and carried 4- 0. 2. Consider, and act upon, a site plan amendment for WISD Transportation Center, being on Lot 1, Block A of Wylie LS. D Transportation Center, for a school facility use on 10 acres, located at 670 Country Club Road. A motion was made by Chair Butler and seconded by Commissioner Chandler to approve Regular Agenda Item 2 as presented. A vote was taken and carried 4-0. 3. Consider, and act upon, a Site Plan for Lot 5, Block A of Wylie Hooper addition for the development of a restaurant with a drive -through. Property located on 0. 97 acres at 2720 W FM 544. A motion was made by Chair Butler and seconded by Vice -Chair Gouge to approve Regular Agenda Item 3 with conditions. A vote was taken and carried 4- 0. 4. Consider, and act upon, a Site Plan for Lot 2. Block A of Holiday Express Wylie addition for the development of a multi -tenant retail building with an attached drive -through restaurant.
