YARROW POINT TOWN COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA Tuesday, January 8, 2019 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Welcome to your Town Council meeting. We are pleased that you have chosen to be here this evening and participate in your local government. Your participation is encouraged and valued. We’re interested in hearing your comments and provide a time during the meeting called “appearances” for you to communicate with your elected representatives. The Council takes these matters under advisement. Officials and staff will assist you following the meeting if action is required. CONSENT CALENDAR: Consists of routine items for which Council discussion is not required. A Councilmember may request that an item be moved to Regular Business for discussion. Consent items are approved with one vote. 3. STAFF REPORTS: REGULAR BUSINESS: 4. Public Hearing to discuss and take action on matters pertaining to small cell wireless deployment within the Town of Yarrow Point, and updates to the franchise requirements. Any persons that wish to be heard with regard to these two ordinances, will be given a chance to be heard at this public hearing.
