YORK CITY COUNCIL TO HOLD PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR AN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT LIQUOR LICENSE FOR HAMIR’S INDIAN FUSION RESTAURANT AND FREEDOM BBQ AND CATERING LIMITED LIABILITY CO. York City Council will hold a public hearings on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers, 101 S. George St., York, PA, for the purpose of receiving public testimony concerning the applications filed by the following with the PA Liquor Control Board for approval of an economic development liquor license: 1) Hamir’s Indian Fusion Restaurant for the purpose of selling/serving alcoholic beverages at its facility located at 24 S. George St., York City, York County, PA. 2) Freedom BBQ and Catering Limited Liability Co. for the purpose of selling/serving alcoholic beverages at its facility located at 251 N. George St., York City, York County, PA. Council will consider approval of said requests immediately following the public hearing.
