HOW TO PROVIDE PUBLIC COMMENT Members of the public are welcome to attend the Town Council meetings to provide public comment in person or online via the Town’s public comment email address PublicComment@yville.com. Please include in the subject line “COMMENT TO COUNCIL.” Any written testimony submitted by 4:00 p.m. the Monday before the meeting will be shared with the Council Members electronically and will be added to the record. Any Public Comment received after the 4:00 p.m. deadline will be added to the record after the Town Council meeting has concluded. HOW TO APPEAL A person who is dissatisfied with a decision of the Town Council may have the right to a review of the decision by a Court. California Code of Civil Procedure Sections 1094.5 and 1094.6 generally limit the time within which a decision of the Town Council may be judicially challenged.
