City Council – Municipal Authority Agendas November 4, 2025 – 7:00 p.m. Council Chambers – Centennial Building 12 South Fifth Street, Yukon, Oklahoma AMENDED AGENDA The City of Yukon strives to accommodate the needs of all citizens, including those who may be disabled. YMA Consent Docket This item is placed on the agenda so the Yukon Municipal Authority, by unanimous consent, can designate those routine items they wish to be approved by one motion. Should the Authority determine that any item needs to be approved by unanimous vote, that item will be removed from the Consent Docket and considered separately. The City Manager recommends a motion to approve: A) The minutes of the regular meeting of October 21, 2025. B) Approve the 2026 Yukon Municipal Authority Meeting Schedule. 2A. Discussion and possible action to approve an agreement between the City of Yukon, Oklahoma and the Yukon Municipal Authority (collectively referred to as “Yukon”) and the City of Bethany, Oklahoma, and the Bethany Public Works Authority (collectively referred to as “Bethany”) regarding testing of water wells. Discussion and possible action to approve a 2025 agreement by and between the City of Oklahoma City (“Oklahoma City”), a municipal corporation; the Oklahoma City Economic Development Trust (“OCEDT”), a public trust whose sole beneficiary is Oklahoma City, the City of Yukon (“Yukon”), a municipal corporation; and the Yukon Municipal Authority (“YMA”) a public trust whose sole beneficiary is Yukon (collectively the ”Parties”). (Adjourn as YMA and Reconvene as Yukon City Council) 6. Discussion and possible action to approve a 2025 agreement by and between the City of Oklahoma City (“Oklahoma City”), a municipal corporation; the Oklahoma City Economic Development Trust (“OCEDT”), a public trust whose sole beneficiary is Oklahoma City, the City of Yukon (“Yukon”), a municipal corporation; and the Yukon Municipal Authority (“YMA”) a public trust whose sole beneficiary is Yukon (collectively the ”Parties”), as presented in Yukon Municipal Authority. 7. Discussion and possible action to approve an agreement between the City of Yukon, Oklahoma and the Yukon Municipal Authority (collectively referred to as “Yukon”) and the City of Bethany, Oklahoma, and the Bethany Public Works Authority (collectively referred to as “Bethany”) regarding testing of water wells, as presented in Yukon Municipal Authority. 8. B) Payment of material claims in the amount of $970,130.63 C) Approve the 2026 City Council meeting schedule. D) Approve the reappointment of Donna Yanda to the Board of the Spanish Cove Housing Authority for a six-year term for Office No. 4, expiring May 31, 2031, as recommended by the Spanish Cove Housing Authority Nominating Committee. E) Approve Interlocal Agreement between the City of Yukon and the Bridge Creek Fire Department for the transfer of a 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe, as recommended by the Fleet Supervisor. 9. Discussion and possible action to accept and award the bid for the City of Yukon Route 66 Illuminated Sign RFP to Metro Sign in the amount of $160,360.00 for a 15-foot sign, as recommended by the Community Arts Coordinator. 10. Discussion and possible action to enter into Executive Session pursuant to 25 O.S. § 307 (B)(4), for the purpose of allowing confidential communications with the City Attorney concerning pending investigation into City of Yukon funds held by the Yukon Community Support Foundation. 13. Reconvene from Executive Session. 14. Discussion and possible action resulting from the Executive Session. 15. Adjournment Notice: Immediately following the meeting, there will be an Open Community Forum hosted by two City Council Members for 30 minutes to discuss any items related to the City of Yukon that were not included on this agenda. All members of the public are welcome to attend. No action will be taken and no votes cast related to the City of Yukon in this Open Community Forum.
