Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER CITY COUNCIL DISCUSSION AND QUESTIONS ON THE FOLLOWING TOPICS I. SPEED LIMIT STUDY ON AVENUE B Mr. Larry Hackamack would like to discuss the possibility of a speed limit study on Avenue B, as he feels the current speed of 45 mph is unsafe. II. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during the public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items on this agenda or the Regular City Council Meeting scheduled on February 17, 2016, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. There are no Executive Session items scheduled at this time.
