Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER CITY COUNCIL DISCUSSION AND QUESTIONS ON THE FOLLOWING TOPICS I. CENPATICO INTEGRATED CARE Maria Chavoya and George Owens would like the opportunity to discuss the services of Cenpatico Integrated Care - Regional Authority for Behavioral Health, how the services are accessed, community reinvestment grants, trainings and who is eligible for the noted services. II. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the September 21, 2016 Regular City Council Meeting, the September 20, 2016 Regular Worksession and the September 20, 2016 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel, regarding the City of Yuma v. Clark et al.
