Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER CITY COUNCIL DISCUSSION AND QUESTIONS ON THE FOLLOWING TOPICS I. There are no speakers scheduled at this time. II. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the July 19, 2017 Regular City Council Meeting, the July 18, 2017 Regular Worksession and the July 18, 2017 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding existing and future inclusion of Maintenance Districts in Development Agreements. (A.R.S. 38-431.03 A3 & A4) B. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding School Resource Officers contracts with the school districts. (A.R.S. 38-431.03 A3 & A4) C. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding Tier I - III salaries and personnel grants for Public Safety Officers. (A.R.S. 38-431.03 A1, A3 & A4) D. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding Administrative Regulation Number 3: Employee Conduct.
