Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER CITY COUNCIL DISCUSSION AND QUESTIONS ON THE FOLLOWING TOPICS I. SAFETY, TRAFFIC AND BEAUTIFICATION ISSUES - 45TH AVENUE Bill Mowczko would like to address the need for the City to resolve potential safety, traffic, and beautification issues along 45th Avenue that runs parallel to the Park West Unit #4 subdivision. II. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the August 2, 2017 Regular City Council Meeting, the August 1, 2017, Regular Worksession and the August 1, 2017 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. No Executive Session agenda items scheduled at this time.
