Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER CITY COUNCIL DISCUSSION AND QUESTIONS ON THE FOLLOWING TOPICS I. MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER Norma Nelson would like to discuss the lack of diversity allowed at the Martin Luther King Jr. Neighborhood Center, as well as the funding that was received designating the purpose of the building. II. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the December 20, 2017 Regular City Council Meeting, the December 19, 2017 Regular Worksession and the December 19, 2017 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel, regarding pre-annexation development agreement: Avenue 6E Land, L.L.C. and Saguaro Desert Land, Inc. (A.R.S 38-431.03 A3 & A4) - ADDITION B. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel, regarding the City of Yuma v. PMG Partnership, LLC.
