Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER CITY COUNCIL DISCUSSION AND QUESTIONS ON THE FOLLOWING TOPICS I. STREET IMPROVEMENTS: 2ND AVENUE Juan Leal Rubio would like to speak to City Council regarding the lack of street improvements on 2nd Avenue, between 10th Street and 12 Street . II. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the April 18, 2018 Regular City Council Meeting, the April 17, 2018 Regular Worksession and the April 17, 2018 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding Assurances of Completion of Subdivision Infrastructure pursuant to Yuma City Code and Arizona Revised Statutes. (ARS 38-431.03 A3 & A4) B. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding potential leasing agreement.
