O2016-008 Amend Legal Description and Ratify Staff Actions: Kenyon's Market Inc. Amend the legal description of Parcel 2 set forth in Exhibit 2 to Ordinance O2015-041, which authorized the land exchange between the City of Yuma and Kenyon's Market, Inc. at the northwest corner of 16th Street and 4th Avenue intersection, and amend the legal description of Parcel 2 set forth in Exhibits 5 and 15 to the Real Property Exchange and Development Agreement, attached as Exhibit "A" to Resolution R2015-045, which approved and authorized the execution of the agreement with Kenyon's Market, Inc., including the terms of the exchange.
