O2016-040 Multiple Property Right of Way Adjustments: 1113 W 16th Street and South of 1113 on Avenue A Create or reserve separate utilities and shared access easements, declare described right-of-way and portion of an alley surplus for City use, authorize the vacating of the surplus right-of-way and portion of an alley to the adjacent property owner through the recording of a deed and payment to the City of the purchase price, and in the alternative, vacate the right-of-way and alley to the City and authorize the sale of the surplus right-of-way and alley with the sale of the adjacent parcel (previously declared surplus and authorized for sale by Ordinance No. O2013-38). MINIMUM WAGE IMPACTS AND PRELIMINARY 2017-2018 BUDGET CONSIDERATIONS Briefing by City Administrator, Greg Wilkinson and City staff regarding the effects to the budget resulting from Proposition 206 going into effect January 1, 2017, Proposition 407 not passing, and other impacts to the City 2017-2018 budget. VI. SUMMARY OF CURRENT EVENTS This is the City Administrator’s opportunity to give notice to the City Council of current events impacting the City. Comments are intended to be informational only and no discussion, deliberation or decision will occur on this item. CALL TO THE PUBLIC Members of the public may address the City Council on matters that are not listed on the City Council agenda. At the conclusion of the Call to the Public, individual members of the City Council may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the City Council, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda. All City Council meetings are recorded and videotaped. X. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during the public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items on this agenda pursuant to A.R.S.
