Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. City Council Chambers will be open with public access in addition to participation through Zoom Those wishing to speak on any applicable agenda item and choose to participate via Zoom, must submit an email request to publiccomment@yumaaz.gov no later than 60 minutes prior to the start of the scheduled meeting.
