REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF MARCH 4, 2015 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. II. MARINE AVIATION WEAPONS AND TACTICS SQUADRON ONE (MAWTS-1) EXERCISE Briefing by Colonel James Adams and Captain Jonathan Bryant of Marine Corps Air Station – Yuma, regarding an upcoming Weapons and Tactics Instructor exercise, followed by discussion and/or questions from the City Council. III. BOND UPDATE Update by the Finance Director, Pat Wicks, and Tom Hocking of TL Hocking and Associates, regarding our current bonded debt, associated information and possible refunding opportunities, followed by discussion and/or questions from the City Council. IV. AGUA VIVA URBAN LAKE Presentation made by the Utilities Director, Jay Simonton, HDR Project Consultant, Janelle Moyer, and CIP Planner, Ana Lugo, related to the Agua Viva Lake project, followed by discussion and/or questions from the City Council. V. ADDITIONAL ITEMS FOR POSSIBLE DISCUSSION A. City Council report on meetings/events attended – City Council report on issues discussed in meetings/events attended by a City Council representative in their official capacity as the City’s representative during the period of February 18 to March 3, 2015. City Council questions regarding the report must be limited solely for clarification purposes. If further discussion is warranted, the issue will be added to a future worksession agenda for a detailed briefing.
