CITY OF YUMA 2014-2015 AND 2015-2016 BUDGETS Presentations by Greg Wilkinson, City Administrator; Pat Wicks, Finance Director; and various City staff members, followed by City Council discussion and deliberation, on the current fiscal year 2014-2015 budget and proposed budget recommendations for fiscal year 2015-2016. • Opening remarks • Overview of General Fund and other funds including property tax specifics, current and future revenue projections, expenditure increases, personnel recommendations, and other changes.
