City of Yuma City Council Worksession Agenda Tuesday, June 16, 2015 6:00 PM Yuma City Hall Council Chambers CALL TO ORDER I. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF JUNE 17, 2015 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov). II. COCOPAH GAMING PROCEED DISTRIBUTION City Administrator, Greg Wilkinson and Mayor, Doug Nicholls will award grant funds from the gaming proceeds donated to the City through the Cocopah Indian Tribe for the purpose of supporting local community service organizations that benefit the greater Yuma area. III. STORMWATER REGULATIONS Briefing by Joshua Scott, City Engineer, regarding current and future stormwater regulations, as well as stormwater management, operations, impacts and projects; followed by discussion and /or questions from City Council. IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during the public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items on this agenda pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding the Arizona Court of Appeals decision in City of Tucson v. State related to Consolidated Elections. (A.R.S. 38-431.03 A3 & A4) B. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding Open Meeting Law complaints.
