City of Yuma City Council Worksession Agenda Tuesday, September 15, 2015 6:00 PM Yuma City Hall Council Chambers Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2008-55 that one or more members of the Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing. Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF SEPTEMBER 16, 2015 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov). II. YUMA POLICE DEPARTMENT MOBILE APPLICATION Captain Rod Hamilton of Yuma Police Department will give a presentation of the new mobile application that can be utilized by staff and the public for various notifications; followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. III. DISTRACTED DRIVING Captain Lisa Culp of Yuma Police Department will give an overview of the proposed distracted driving ordinance that was requested by City Council; followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during the public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items on this agenda pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding the ParkWest Subdivision Assurances for Completion of Infrastructure.
