Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2008-55 that one or more members of the Yuma City
Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing. Voting procedures
will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws.
CALL TO ORDER
I. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF NOVEMBER 18, 2015.
City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda
item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is posted adjacent to

II. LEGISLATIVE UPDATE
Briefing by Chuck Coughlin and Anne Hamilton of Highground and Associates regarding the
2015 Regular Session of the Fifty-third Legislature and outlook for the upcoming 2016 regular
legislative session
III. EXECUTIVE SESSION
An Executive Session may be called during the public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal
advice for items on this agenda pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the
