Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF DECEMBER 16, 2015. City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. II. CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM UPDATE Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Administrator, Czarin Gallegos, will present an update of projects identified in the Fiscal Year 2016-2020 CIP, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. III. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during the public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items on this agenda pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding the Riverfront Phase Two Project. (ARS 38-431.03 A3 and A4) B. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding the Consent to Assignment and Assumption of Yuma Riverfront Development Sublease Agreement (Hotel and Conference Center Component) and pertinent documents.
