CALL TO ORDER I. 2016-2021 CONSOLIDATED PLAN AND 2016 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) ACTION PLAN Briefing by Heidi Aggeler, representative of BBC Research and Consulting, and Rhonda Lee-James, Neighborhood Services Manager, regarding the City of Yuma 2016-2021 Consolidated Plan and 2016 Action Plan. II. RETENTION BASINS AND LANDSCAPING Presentation by Director of Public Works, Joel Olea, Director of Community Development, Laurie Lineberry and Senior Planner, Naomi Leeman regarding the overall operations and maintenance costs pertaining to the City’s current landscaping and retention basins, as well as potential changes for future cost savings. III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF MARCH 16, 2016 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item.
