City of Yuma City Council Worksession Agenda Tuesday, May 17, 2016 6:00 PM Yuma City Hall Council Chambers One City Plaza, Yuma Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2008-55 that one or more members of the Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing. Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. YUMA REGIONAL COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM (YRCS) Jim Hamersley, IT Chief Information Officer, and Eddie Carrera, ITS Assistant Director-YRCS, will present an overview of the Yuma Regional Communications System, including the background, the partnerships, where we are today and strategies for the future; followed by City Council questions and/or discussion. II. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF MAY 18, 2016 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. III. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the May 18, 2016 Regular City Council Meeting, the May 17, 2016 Regular Worksession and the May 17, 2016 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S.
