City of Yuma City Council Worksession Agenda Tuesday, June 14, 2016 6:00 PM Yuma City Hall Council Chambers One City Plaza, Yuma Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2008-55 that one or more members of the Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing. Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. PACIFIC AVENUE ATHLETIC COMPLEX CIP Manager, Jason Harris, and Parks and Recreation Director, Debbie Wendt, will give an overview of the Pacific Avenue Athletic Complex along with Kimley-Horn Project Manager, Jeff Kratzke. The presentation will include the City's public outreach, the master plan/conceptual design and preliminary costs; followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. II. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF JUNE 15, 2016. City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov). III. CITY SALES TAX City Council discussion and possible direction regarding City sales tax as it relates to one or more of the following: City roads, public safety, and the general fund. City Administrator, Greg Wilkinson, may present information requested by City Council to further discussion. IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the June 15, 2016 Regular City Council Meeting, the June 14, 2016 Regular Worksession and the June 14, 2016 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel, regarding Dyer v. City of Yuma.
