Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. FLEET SERVICES COST REDUCTION PRACTICES Presentation by Joel Olea, Director of Public Works, regarding the City's cost reduction practices of Fleet Services, including reductions over the years, proposed future reductions and the current and new facilities; followed by City Council questions and/or discussion. II. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF AUGUST 3, 2016 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. III. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the August 3, 2016 Regular City Council Meeting, the August 2, 2016 Regular Worksession and the August 2, 2016 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel, regarding a potential new Riverfront component, including amendments to the Master Development and Disposition Agreement and terms of the component agreement.
