Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. YUMA VISITOR'S BUREAU ANNUAL REPORT Briefing by Linda Morgan, Executive Director of Yuma Visitor’s Bureau, on the Bureau’s year-end report, including current activities and strategic plan for the future; followed by City Council discussion and/or questions. II. NATIONAL COMMUNITY PLANNING MONTH AND INFILL DEVELOPMENT Overview presentation by Community Development staff related to activities recognizing National Community Planning Month, general information on Community Planning and a focused presentation on one aspect of Community Planning – Infill Development; followed by City Council discussion and/or questions. III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF OCTOBER 5, 2016. City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the October 5, 2016 Regular City Council Meeting, the October 4, 2016 Regular Worksession and the October 4, 2016 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel, regarding a copyright and infringement issue.
