Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. PARKS AND RECREATION MASTER PLAN Debbie Wendt, Director of Parks and Recreation, and Naomi Leeman, Senior Planner in Community Development, will present the 2016 Parks & Recreation Master Plan and an update to the City of Yuma 2012 General Plan; followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. II. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF OCTOBER 19, 2016 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item.
