Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. GREATER YUMA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION MID-YEAR REPORT Julie Engel, President/CEO of Greater Yuma Economic Development Corporation, will present the organizations mid-year report, followed by discussion and/or questions from the City Council II. OLD TOWN SOUTH REVITALIZATION PLAN IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGY Bobette Bauermann, Senior Planner, will present an overview of the revitalization plan for the Old Town South Subarea, plans for public outreach, grant availability, the potential challenges and opportunities, including the University of Yuma & Research Park; followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF FEBRUARY 15, 2017. City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item.
