Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. MARINE AVIATION WEAPONS AND TACTICS SQUADRON ONE (MAWTS-1) EXERCISE Briefing by representatives of Marine Corps Air Station - Yuma regarding the upcoming Weapons and Tactics Instructor Exercise scheduled for April 21, 2017, followed by discussion and/or questions from the City Council. II. YUMA VISITOR'S BUREAU MID-YEAR REPORT Briefing by Linda Morgan, Executive Director of Yuma Visitor’s Bureau, on the Bureau’s mid-year report, including current activities and strategic plan for the future, followed by City Council discussion and/or questions. III. SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLING PROGRAM UPDATES Presentation by Joel Olea, Director of Public Works and Joseph Lopez, Public Works Manager, regarding solid waste operations, performance measures and a recycling update, followed by City Council discussion and/or questions. IV. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF MARCH 15, 2017. City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the March 15, 2017 Regular City Council Meeting, the March 14, 2017 Regular Worksession and the March 14, 2017 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding the transfer agreement with the Housing Authority of the City of Yuma. (A.R.S. 38-431.03 A3& A4) B. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel, regarding a potential new Riverfront component, including amendments to the Master Development and Disposition Agreement and the terms of the proposed Phase III component agreement.
