CITY OF YUMA 2016-2017 AND 2017-2018 BUDGETS Presentations by Greg Wilkinson, City Administrator; Pat Wicks, Finance Director; and various City staff members, followed by City Council discussion and deliberation on the current fiscal year 2016-2017 budget and proposed budget recommendations for fiscal year 2017-2018. A. Opening remarks B. Overview of General Fund and other funds including property tax specifics, current and future revenue projections, expenditure increases, personnel recommendations, and other changes. The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) may be discussed as part of the overall budget. C. Department discussions: Mayor & City Council, City Administration, City Attorney, Human Resources, Information Technology Services, Finance, Community Development, Public Works, Engineering, Utilities, Parks & Recreation, Police, Fire and Municipal Court. D. Budget schedule and future City Council actions. II. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during the public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items on this agenda pursuant to A.R.S.
