City of Yuma City Council Worksession Agenda Tuesday, April 4, 2017 6:00 PM Yuma City Hall Council Chambers One City Plaza, Yuma Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2008-55 that one or more members of the Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing. Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. DEVELOPMENT FEES, LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS AND INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS PLAN Representatives from TicherBise will present a general overview of the development fee process, the Land Use Assumptions (LUA) and Infrastructure Improvements Plan (IIP) of the City; followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. II. 2017 NEIGHBORHOOD LEADERSHIP ACADEMY Laurie Lineberry, Directory of Community Development, and Tad Zavodsky, Neighborhood Services Specialist, will give recognition to the 2017 Neighborhood Leadership Academy members. III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF APRIL 5, 2017 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov). IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the April 5, 2017 Regular City Council Meeting, the April 4, 2017 Regular Worksession and the April 4, 2017 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel, regarding a potential new Riverfront component, including amendments to the Master Development and Disposition Agreement and the terms of the proposed Phase III component agreement.
