Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. PROCLAMATION READING Mayor Nicholls will read a proclamation dedicating the month of May as motorcycle awareness month. II. CITIZEN'S BUDGET COMMITTEE The Citizen's Budget Committee will report their recommendations of the FY 2017-2018 budget, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. III. FISCAL YEAR 2017-2018 BUDGET Discussion of Fiscal Year 2017-2018 Budget, including property tax, Capital Improvement Program and further scheduling. IV. INFILL INCENTIVE PLAN AND OVERLAY Community Development Department presentation on the Infill Incentive Plan and Overlay, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. V. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF MAY 3, 2017 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the May 3, 2017 Regular City Council Meeting, the May 2, 2017 Regular Worksession and the May 2, 2017 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel, regarding Agenda Item B.5. Bid Rejection: Fleet Services Maintenance Shop. (A.R.S. 38-431.03 A3 & A4) B. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding the transfer agreement with the Housing Authority of the City of Yuma and the Rental Assistance Conversion Commitment with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
