Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2008-55 that one or more members of the Yuma City
Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing. Voting procedures
will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws.
CALL TO ORDER
I. FACILITY MAINTENANCE FLEET SHOP
Joel Olea, Director of Public Works, and Paul Mickelberg, Consultant with WMS, will provide
an overview of the Cost Review Study of the Facilities Maintenance Fleet Services Shop;
followed by questions and/or discussion by City Council.
II. 4TH AVENUE & 16TH STREET
Charles Flynn will provide a historical summary and update of the 4th Avenue and 16th Street
intersection improvements and surrounding redevelopment area; followed by questions and/or
discussion by City Council.
III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF AUGUST 16, 2017.
City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda
item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is posted adjacent to
this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk and on the City’s website at
www.YumaAz.gov).
IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION
An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal
advice for items included on the August 16, 2017 Regular City Council Meeting, the August 15, 2017
Regular Worksession and the August 15, 2017 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section
38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items:
