Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. UTILITIES DEPARTMENT PROGRAMS Presentation by Jay Simonton, Utilities Director, and Bea Dorries, Utilities Division Manager, regarding an update on the Low Income Assistance Payment Program and introduction of the new Share Program; followed by discussion and/or questions by City Council. II. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF SEPTEMBER 20, 2017 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the September 20, 2017 Regular City Council Meeting, the September 19, 2017 Regular Worksession and the September 19, 2017 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Consultation and discussion on information released from Executive Session.
