LEGISLATIVE UPDATE Briefing by Chuck Coughlin of Highground, Inc. regarding the 2017 regular session of the Fifty-Third Legislature and outlook for the 2018 regular legislative session, followed by questions and/or discussion by City Council. II. ROAD PROJECT UPDATE Presentation by Joel Olea, Public Works Director, and Jeff Kramer, Engineer, related to the City’s current and future road project status; followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF DECEMBER 6, 2017 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item.
