City of Yuma City Council Worksession Agenda Tuesday, April 3, 2018 6:00 PM Yuma City Hall Council Chambers One City Plaza, Yuma Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2015-047 that one or more members of the Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing. Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. CITY ROADS ASSESSMENT A briefing by Joel Olea, Director of Public Works, and Stephen Smith, Principal Engineer with Infrastructure Management Services (IMS), regarding the City’s overall road conditions, including the concepts of pavement management and recommended rehabilitation strategies to sustain the roadway network, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. II. INFRASTRUCTURE OVERVIEW Presentation by City Administrator, Greg Wilkinson regarding the City's overall transportation plan, Capital Improvements Plan and development fees, as they relate to the current and future infrastructure of the City, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF APRIL 4, 2018. City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the April 4, 2018 Regular City Council Meeting, the April 3, 2018 Regular Worksession and the April 3, 2018 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding Avenue 6E Investments, et al v. COY.
