Overview of General Fund and other funds including property tax specifics, current and future revenue projections, expenditure increases, personnel recommendations, and other changes. The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) may be discussed as part of the overall budget. C. Department discussions: Mayor & City Council, City Administration, City Attorney, Human Resources, Information Technology Services, Finance, Community Development, Public Works, Engineering, Utilities, Parks & Recreation, Police, Fire, and Municipal Court D.
