City of Yuma City Council Worksession Agenda Tuesday, May 15, 2018 6:00 PM Yuma City Hall Council Chambers One City Plaza, Yuma Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2015-047 that one or more members of the Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing. Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT AND HOME PROGRAMS Rhonda Lee-James, Neighborhood Services Manager, will give a briefing on the proposed 2018-19 Annual Action Plan which will allocate the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Program funds, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. II. FISCAL YEAR 2018-2019 BUDGET Discussions of FY 2018-2019 budget which may include all City funds, property tax, current and future revenue projections, expenditure increases, personnel recommendations, the Capital Improvement Plan, specific departments, future budget actions and scheduling. III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF MAY 16, 2018. City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov). IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the May 16, 2018 Regular City Council Meeting, the May 15, 2018 Regular Worksession and the May 15, 2018 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding regular City Council Meeting agenda item B.7 Bylaws Amendment: Greater Yuma Port Authority.
