Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2015-047 that one or more members of the
Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing.
Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws.
CALL TO ORDER
I. LEGISLATIVE REVIEW
Presentation by Scott Smith of HighGround, Inc. regarding a review of the 2018 legislative
session, followed by questions and/or discussion by City Council.
II. SAFEGUARDS AND CITIZEN PRIVACY
Discussion regarding the establishment of policies, procedures, safeguards and oversight
for the City's use of the information and data obtained from the Nodes proposed for
placement on City infrastructure.
III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF JUNE 6, 2018
City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting
agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is
posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk
and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov).
IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION
An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving
legal advice for items included on the June 6, 2018 Regular City Council Meeting, the June 5,
2018 Regular Worksession and the June 5, 2018 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S.
Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items:
A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding House Bill
2604 and the City Charter Article IV, Section 4. (ARS 38-431.03 A3 & A4)
