Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. LEGISLATIVE REVIEW Presentation by Scott Smith of HighGround, Inc. regarding a review of the 2018 legislative session, followed by questions and/or discussion by City Council. II. SAFEGUARDS AND CITIZEN PRIVACY Discussion regarding the establishment of policies, procedures, safeguards and oversight for the City's use of the information and data obtained from the Nodes proposed for placement on City infrastructure. III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF JUNE 6, 2018 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A.
