Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. SAFEGUARDS AND CITIZEN PRIVACY Discussion regarding the establishment of policies, procedures, safeguards and oversight for the City's use of the information and data obtained from the Nodes proposed for placement on City infrastructure. II. STREETLIGHT REPLACEMENT PROJECT Joel Olea, Director of Public Works, will provide an update on the streetlight replacement project, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF JUNE 20, 2018. City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the June 20, 2018 Regular City Council Meeting, the June19, 2018 Regular Worksession and the June 19, 2018 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding Avenue 6E Investments, et al v. COY.
