City of Yuma City Council Worksession Agenda Tuesday, September 4, 2018 6:00 PM Yuma City Hall Council Chambers One City Plaza, Yuma Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2015-047 that one or more members of the Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing. Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. IMPACT FEES Discussion between City Council, City staff and representatives from BetterYuma.org and Halls General Contracting regarding citywide impact fees. II. SEWER USE ORDINANCE Jay Simonton, Utilities Director, and Jeremy McCall, Assistant Director of Utilities, will provide an overview on the need to update the Sewer Use Ordinance that governs industrial discharges to the City sewer, followed by discussion and/or questions by City Council. III. ANYCOMM INSTALLATION UPDATE Ricky Rinehart, Director of Strategic Initiatives, will present an update of the anyCOMM nodes installation progress; followed by discussion and/or questions by City Council. IV. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF SEPTEMBER 5, 2018. City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. V. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the September 5, 2018 Regular City Council Meeting, the September 4, 2018 Regular Worksession and the September 4, 2018 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S.
