City of Yuma City Council Worksession Agenda Tuesday, October 16, 2018 6:00 PM Yuma City Hall Council Chambers One City Plaza, Yuma Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2015-047 that one or more members of the Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing. Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. ONLINE UTILITIES PROGRAM Lisa Marlin, Director of Financial Services, will present the ONLINE Utility software program that provides customer verification for the purpose of recommending deposit and collection information; followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. II. 2019 CALENDAR REVIEW City Council review of the 2019 calendar of scheduled Citizens Forum, regular Worksession and regular City Council meetings. III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF OCTOBER 17, 2018. City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov). IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the October 17, 2018 Regular City Council Meeting, the October 16, 2018 Regular Worksession and the October 16, 2018 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4, 5 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding the Final Plat for Park West Unit #5 Subdivision and 28th Street. (ARS 38-431.03 A3 & A4) B. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding proposed rezoning at the northwest corner of E. 24th Street and S. Avenue 9E.
