Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. COMPENSATION STUDY Kay Tilzer, Vice President of Public Sector Personnel Consultants, will present the findings of the survey comparisons and provide recommendations based on the fiscal year 2019 Compensation Study. II. 2018 BIKEWAYS PLAN Naomi Leeman, Community Development Planner, will present an overview and updates of the 2018 Bikeways Plan. III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF JANUARY 16, 2019. City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the January 16, 2019 Regular City Council Meeting, the January 15, 2019 Regular Worksession and the January 15, 2019 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S.
