City of Yuma City Council Worksession Agenda Tuesday, April 30, 2019 6:00 PM Yuma City Hall Council Chambers One City Plaza, Yuma Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2015-047 that one or more members of the Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing. Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. GREATER YUMA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION MID-YEAR REPORT Julie Engel, President/CEO of Greater Yuma Economic Development Corporation, will present the organizations mid-year report, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. II. 2019-2020 CDBG/HOME ALLOCATIONS Rhonda Lee-James, Neighborhood Service Manager, will provide an overview of the 2019-2020 allocations for the CDBG and HOME programs, followed by discussion and/or quesions from City Council. III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF MAY 1, 2019. City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov). IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the May 1, 2019 Regular City Council Meeting, the April 30, 2019 Regular Worksession and the April 30, 2019 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel, regarding Riverfront phases, leases and the Master Development and Disposition Agreement (DDA).
