City of Yuma City Council Worksession Agenda Tuesday, June 4, 2019 6:00 PM Yuma City Hall Council Chambers One City Plaza, Yuma Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2015-047 that one or more members of the Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing. Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. SUMMER PREPAREDNESS Jeff Spohn, Director of the Southwest Division of Arizona Public Service (APS) Company will provide a summary of APS coverage and a presentation on summer preparedness, including planned activities, customer support and communication tools; followed by questions and/or discussion with City Council. II. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF JUNE 5, 2019. City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov). III. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the June 5, 2019 Regular City Council Meeting, the June 4, 2019 Regular Worksession and the June 4, 2019 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding Avenue 6E Investments, et al v. COY. (ARS 38-431.03 A3 & A4) B. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding COY v. the Salvation Army.
