Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. MARINE AVIATION WEAPONS AND TACTICS SQUADRON ONE (MAWTS-1) EXERCISE Briefing by Colonel David Suggs, Commanding Officer, and other represenatives of Marine Corps Air Station - Yuma regarding the upcoming Weapons and Tactics Instructor Exercise scheduled for October 18, 2019, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. II. ARIZONA PUBLIC SERVICE INTRODUCTIONS Mr. Jeff Spohn, Director of Distribution Operations and Maintenance, would like to introduce a couple of new APS staff members who serve as liaisons between the City and APS, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. III. CITY CHARTER SECTIONS OVERVIEW City Attorney, Richard Files, and Deputy City Attorney, Rodney Short, will provide City Council with a brief presentation on purchasing authority and compensation pursuant to the Yuma City Charter, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. IV. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF SEPTEMBER 4, 2019. City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding COY v. the Salvation Army.
