Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. CANCER WITHIN THE FIRE SERVICE INDUSTRY Fire Chief, Steve Irr, and staff will provide a briefing on the state of cancer in the fire service industry and what the Yuma Fire Department is doing to combat the risks for its employees, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. II. PROJECTMATES INTEGRATED PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE OVERVIEW Larry Halberstadt, Assistant Director of Engineering, will provide an overview of the Projectmates Integrated Program Management System with a demonstration of the program implementation and use in managing the City's design and construction program, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. III. PARKS & RECREATION MURAL UPDATE AND STORYCORPS 2019 MOBILE TOUR Lindsay Benacka, Arts & Culture Program Manager, will present a new mural project coming to the Yuma Art Center as well as information on the StoryCorps 2019 Mobile Tour stop in Yuma, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. IV. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF OCTOBER 2, 2019 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the October 2, 2019 Regular City Council Meeting, the October 1, 2019 Regular Worksession and the October 1, 2019 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding streets and facility naming. (A.R.S. 38-431.03 A3 & A4) B. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding the Boys and Girls Club and the City of Yuma v. Salvation Army.
