PROTECTIONS - MILITARY FACILITIES: Discuss protections and investments for Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma and Yuma Proving Grounds (YPG) including Highway 95 project, base protection act A.R.S. § 28-8481, and HB 2310 investments for County Fair relocation. GOVERNOR'S SUPPORT FOR RURAL COMMUNITIES: Discuss Governor’s initiatives in rural broadband, removing wireless provider exemption, removing additional layers of bureaucracy at border inspections, and creating rural economic improvement programs. D. LOCAL ISSUES NEED LOCAL SOLUTIONS - STATEWIDE ISSUES NEED STATEWIDE SOLUTIONS: Discuss local solutions to local issues while creating statewide solutions for statewide issues including preemption and shifts of costs and liabilities onto local communities without a funding mechanism.
