COMMUNITY BUILDING A brief video followed by discussion relating to the governing body's role in community building. III. ARTICULATING A VISION AND IDENTIFYING CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS Review and discussion of yesterday's shared input for the purpose of refining the vision statement, establishing a common understanding of critical success factors and defining what success looks like. IV. INITIATIVES AND PRIORITIES • Discussion of policies and initiatives City Council wishes to accomplish. • Identifying the collective priority of the governing body and expected outcomes. V. PARTING THOUGHTS Participants share parting thoughts on the work accomplished during the 2-day Council Vision and Goal Setting retreat.
