City of Yuma City Council Worksession Agenda Tuesday, April 19, 2022 5:30 PM Yuma City Hall Council Chambers One City Plaza, Yuma Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2015-047 that one or more members of the Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing. Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. BICYCLE COALITION UPDATE Gene Dalby, Chairman of the Yuma Region Bicycle Coalition, will give a bicycle coalition update, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. II. QUARTERLY FINANCIAL BRIEFING Acting City Administrator, Jay Simonton and Finance Director, Douglas Allen, will present on the City's FY2021 audit update, FY2022 financial status and financial forecast, as well as provide an introduction to the FY2023 proposed budget, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF APRIL 20, 2022 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov). IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the April 20, 2022, Regular City Council Meeting and the April 19, 2022, Regular Worksession agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A.
