Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. COMPENSATION STUDY FINDINGS FOR PUBLIC SAFETY Monica Welch, Director of Human Resources, along with Katherine Tilzer, Vice President of Public Sector Personnel Consultants, will discuss the compensation study findings related to public safety personnel, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. II. LABOR MARKET STUDY PLAN AND FINANCIAL UPDATE Douglas Allen, Finance Director, will present the recommended implementation of the 2022 Labor Market Study for the Public Safety Step Plan, Grants program and the City's financial status, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF NOVEMBER 16, 2022 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the November 16, 2022, Regular City Council Meeting and the November 15, 2022, Regular Worksession agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding potential sale of multiple parcels of real property.
